Where can I buy your products?

At this time our products are available via our website. We generally ship the same or next day so you will receive your order promptly. Let us know HERE if you'd like to see our products in a local store!

How do I enter a promotional code?

First add your products to the shopping cart. When viewing the cart, click the red "add a coupon" link and enter your code. Click "update cart".

Can I receive a sample of your product?

At this time we do not provide samples of our products. Please contact us HERE to determine if we have any treated fabric swatches available to send out.

Do you have any literature that I can receive?

All of the information that we have available in our brochure is available on this website. If you would still like a copy, please contact us HERE and make your request.

Can I apply your products indoors?

It is always best to apply any product outdoors if possible. If it is not possible, ensure you have good venilation and test your sensitivity to a product by spraying a small area first.

Is your shopping cart safe?

Trek7 takes security very seriously and we make every effort to protect your information. All transactions are secured using the latest encryption technology. Once you begin the checkout process all of your details are encrypted to help make them secure. We only accept orders that are placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). How do I know my order was placed successfully?

Upon a successful order you will be directed to a receipt page that should be printed out. In addition, we email a copy of this receipt to the email address you specified. This email will usually arrive within a few minutes of your order. If this email is not received, be sure to check your spam/junk folders. If after checking these folders and you did not receive an email, contact us HERE and we will be able to confirm the details of your order.

What happens if I forgot my password?

Add products to the shopping cart and then enter your email address in the EMAIL field. You will then see a link that says "email me my password".

Can I cancel my order?

Yes we can cancel your order and process a refund at any time prior to your order being shipped. Becuase we ship very quickly, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 1-888-558-7357 or by contacting us HERE.

When can i expect my order to ship?

Most orders will ship the same or next day. Due to varying circumstances, some orders can take longer to ship.

Can you ship my order via Fedex or UPS?

Yes with a few requirements. Orders must be for a minimum of $100 and must be handled by calling 1-888-558-7357.

When can i expect my order to be delivered?

The USPS website states that Priority Service is usually delivered in 2-3 days. Our experience says this is usually true but occassionally we find that they do take longer. Parcel Post takes up to 7 days

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority services or by Parcel Post. For delivery times, see above.

How are shipping prices calculated?

Shipping prices are calculated real-time using published USPS rates.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Southern California.

Can I pickup an order I have placed online?

We do not have a public location where orders can be picked up. All orders are shipped.

Can orders be delivered?

For individual orders, deliveries are not available.

Where can I see shipping rates?

We calculate rates real-time from USPS. For this reason, you need to add a product to the cart , click checkout and then at least fill out your zip code and state. Use the chart below for a rough estimate of shipping prices.

What Can I do if my order has not shown up?

USPS states that Priority shipments can be delivered in 2-3 days and Parcel Post can take up to 7 days but these are not guaranteed times. Our experience shows that delivery times can take longer (sometimes much longer particularly Parcel Post) so we've established timelines that must elapse before we consider any solution to lost or missing shipments. For Priority we wait at least 7 business days and for Parcel Post we wait at least 14 business days. From December 5th until January 15th these times are 10 business days for Priority and 20 business days for Parcel Post. Prior to these timelines elapsing you have the option to pay for a replacement order. If the first orders are never received we will refund your initial order. You will be required to mail in a signed letter stating the initial order was never received. If the initial order is received, you will have the option to keep it or return it at your expense. Feel free to contact us HERE to determine when your order was shipped in order to determine when it is estimated to arrive.
