Using Our Shopping Cart
To purchase items from our shopping cart, click the ADD TO CART button for the product you are interested in. You can continue adding items to the Shopping Cart if you wish. When you are finished adding items, click the CHECKOUT button. Complete all of the appropriate information on the checkout page and click COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE to finalize your transaction. Orders are processed immediately upon clicking the COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE button in the checkout process.
Trek7 reserves the right to refuse any order and reserves the right to take all necessary steps to determine the validity of an order. If an order is thought to be fraudulent, this could include contacting the customer and financial institution and delaying the shipment of such order until satisfactorily verified.
All prices, information, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Trek7 shall not be held liable for graphical, clerical, typographical, or pricing errors.
Online orders must be paid for by credit card. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If submitting orders via a formal purchase order, Trek7 will not be obligated by any terms, conditions, stipulations, prices, or special requests contained on the purchase order. All orders are subject to Trek7 standard terms and conditions of sale.
Special orders for non-stock or specialty items or formulations must be in writing and include all necessary information. All non-stock special order sales are final and cannot be returned. Special order delivery dates will be determined on a case by case basis.
We are required by law to collect all taxes for California residents.
We do not collect or calculate tariffs, custom duties and/or VAT, etc. which may be charged to customers outside of the United States. If you live outside of the United States and wish to know what amounts you will be charged in the way of tariffs, duties, and/or VAT, we recommend that you contact your local authorities to ask for this information.

All applicants for a credit account must first have a satisfactory history with Trek7 before they may purchase an order on credit. Trek7 reserves the right to make final judgment on all credit accounts. Payment for purchases made on a credit are within 30 days from the date of the invoice and 1.5% (18% per annum) of total invoice amount per month late fee unless otherwise agreed to by Trek7. All merchandise sold by Trek7 shall remain the sole property of Trek7 until such time that payment has been made in full for such merchandise.
Chargebacks: Any unauthorized credit card chargebacks will be billed for the amount billed to us for that chargeback.
Change requests must be provided to Trek7 as quickly as possible. If the item has not been prepared for shipping, this request may be granted. If the item has already been shipped, customer will be responsible for the return shipment and all costs associated with such. Upon verified return of products, Trek7 will determine is customer is entitled to refund. If approved, the refund will be for the full price minus the intial shipping cost. Credit card information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted.
